03 / WHAT COMES BEFORE THE INTERFACE

Before designing a solution, I need to understand the problem.

My work connects people, strategy and technology. Great experiences don't start with a screen. They begin with asking the right questions, understanding the context and exploring possible solutions together.

The process is iterative: research, validation, strategy and collaboration can be revisited at different stages.

  1. Understanding the problem

Exploring the context, goals, constraints and business needs before proposing solutions.

  2. Research and listening

Engaging with users, stakeholders and teams to understand needs, expectations and opportunities.

  3. Strategy and definition

Synthesizing insights, aligning priorities and collaboratively defining possible directions.

  4. Experience and interface

Designing information architecture, journeys, flows, prototypes and interfaces informed by research.

  5. Collaboration and development

Working closely with engineering to validate technical feasibility, negotiate scope and maintain experience quality.

  6. Handoff and evolution

Documenting decisions, specifications, states and components while supporting implementation and subsequent improvements.
